Heh…this was pretty cool. I was in iTunes fiddling around with my settings last night and I noticed that Running with the Pack was a featured podcast in the Sports and Recreation: Amateur category as well as being #10 on the top podcast list. Woot us!
Thanks to all of you for subscribing and keep spreading the word!

When I decided to start running this was the first running podcast I listened to and still my favorite!! I ran my first half marathon 2/14/10 in Austin TX and it was amazing! I´m totally hooked now!, it was so much fun that I just signed up for another half marathon in San Antonio for November. I never thought I could be a runner, I´m still a very slow one, but I know there is hope if I continue training
That's really cool Aileen. I'm glad you like the show and that you're hooked on running. I was in Austin in January for a conference and I had a really good time there. It seems like a very cool city with a very active population. I saw a lot of runners and cyclists while I was there.
Get faster if you want to work on it or just run at a pace that feels natural and stays fun. You say you're slow, but I'm sure there are plenty of people who run slower than you – and plenty of walkers who wished they could run – and plenty of people who can't walk that far – and others who don't even try. So in the grand scheme of things, you're leading the pack!
Or to say it another way, there is no qualifying time needed for our podcast, so welcome aboard!
That's great Allan! Keep up the good work.
