I did my first triathlon today. Although I plan on discussing it on the podcast, I thought it would be interesting to capture the day through pictures and video. I know that several of our listeners are much more experienced triathletes than I am — but for those who aren’t or who think they are not fit enough to do one or who have never seen one in action (I hadn’t before today), I made this really short movie:
