The major topic this week is the cycle-thon, which was my first group ride (for charity of course). It was a beautiful day. My bike was running nicely. I was having a blast – until – EPIC WIPEOUT! Helmets are a good thing!

Thanks to Kelownagurl for letting me know about Ultradad’s status and helping me heal my “bike injury”. The other segment is about Brandon’s Marathon and the difficulties of balancing family, work, training, and podcasting.
