I was poking around Facebook and saw an ad for this video about a guy who runs ultras. It’s not the complete awesomeness of Running on the Sun, but it’s still pretty cool — and free.

Most of this recording was made while team “In it for the T-Shirts Too” ran the Tussey mOUnTaiNBACK 50-mile relay through the hills of central Pennsylvania. The weather was beautiful and I have never had that much fun at a race!

I wanted to make sure that this video is part of the RSS feed. Otherwise, it would seem like we haven’t posted anything in a while. Also, this version is a higher quality than what is available through the normal player in YouTube. The next audio podcast will be out this week — by Sunday at the latest.

Hi Everyone. Just a quick note to get this video out on the Interwebs. Jeff and I were part of a four-person relay team that completed the Tussey mOUnTaiNBACK Relay and Ultramarathon race. I’ll post more later.
