It’s a truly great racing experience through an amazing city. It’s actually an experience that is difficult to describe. We also talk about Stevie’s return to running after a while off and a zombie running app that Stevie found.
This week, Stevie and I are joined by our friend Hannah, who ran the very first Run For Your Lives event last week. Run For Your Lives is a 5K run, with the kinds of obstacles in Warrior Dash (tunnels, mud pits, etc…), PLUS zombies who try to grab the three flags around your belt that indicate your lives. We also talk about my last long run before the New York Marathon, which I broke into several segments to make it more interesting. Also in the show: how to deal with post-marathon blues and Stevie being too busy to run.
